      Entered SP After a dream?

I have very good dream recall (usually can describe 3 or 4 in good detail after a good nights sleep)
I had a abnormally vivid dream last night (remembered certain thoughts happening, "screenshots" of the dream very vivid) after falling asleep at 3AM
I realized it was a dream about 90% through but it didnt actually click that i was dreaming, but i remembered reading its easier to make something appear by "expecting" it to be somewhere rather than coming out of nowhere.
I used this a few times without actually realizing that im in a dream, like....
i knew i was in a dream, but didnt think it was anything special.
until i realized that this wasn't something normal, and i was LD'ing
so what i did was "cleared" the image in the dream until it was black, and then i started feeling a lot of pressure like i was being pushed into my bed, i was conscious at this point (i think) and got nervous(remembered people hearing demons and stuff, tried not to think of that, only made it worse lawl) , after about 2 or 3 seconds of this heavy feeling i woke myself up, only 20 minutes had passed.
Is this something common, to enter SP after a dream? or did i dream that i had SP?

Allways make a movement free reality check upon awakening to catch false awakenings (listen for sounds, look for images and so on)

When you dream you are in sleep paralysis, and after an awakening (as long as you don't move or open your eyes) you are still in sleep paralysis.
But don't worry about demons and such, because if you really think about what a dream really is you will get more secure.

A thought is a word or a vague image or sound in your head.
A Visualisation in a relaxed state is just increased vividness of a thought.
A Visualisation in sleep paralysis is a really vivid thought! But remember that it's just a thought. Then when you are in a non-physical focus you are dreaming.
BUT IT'S STILL JUST A THOUGHT!

So if you can control your thoughts you can control the demons But if you can't, well it's just a thought. A vivid thought...
