Our mind seems to have a built in "dream eraser" so it is imperative to start your day off by remembering your dreams. As soon as you are awake, try not to move and just play back the dream(s) you've just had, if you can.
Your recall ability will steadily improve over time. Just remember to keep motivated and you'll be fine.
