      A new idea, ...kinda

Most people say to do, and do reality checks throughout the day, these are normally physical activities that break rules of reality.

I read something about this technique somewhere on DV, but i really think it would work better, at least for me anyways because I'll often just know I'm dreaming.

      Here we go:
We do reality checks when we are awake because we want to make ourselfs do them when we sleep. So, since we want to be aware of when we are dreaming, why don't we try to be as aware as possible for as long as possible when we are awake. Like someone said live lucidly to dream lucidly.

Hopefully this makes sense, and maybe it will help some people.
Long you live and high you fly
And smiles you'll give and tears you'll cry
And all you touch and all you see
Is all your life will ever be.

Actually I do know what you mean. I've tried to do that for as many minutes at a time as I can before I get distracted. I can't say for sure if it has helped or not, because I haven't done it consistantly. But now that you brought it up, I think I'll give it a go and see what happens.

Let me know how it works for you.

ps. I love staring at your avatar.
