Im a Newb. Need some seriouse help

Hello Everyone, I've been reading posts on this site for some time now as well as doing research on LDing. For about 2 months now i have been preparing my brain by meditating (not as often as i should be), reading about all the induction methods, trying to attain ADA, and even trying to raise my conscience. I have been at it with unfortunately no luck . i'v attempted WBTB and DILD's so far. Anyways, i finally decided to make an account and talk to you professional dreamers about this. My problem and question is that when i dream they are not Vivid enough for me to become aware of myself. Whenever the dream becomes Vivid is when something exciting happens a girl kisses me, i start jumping high in the air, ect. The vividness doesn't last long though. along with this my dreams consist of scenes for example ill be outside one scene and then ill switch to another scene very quickly only sometimes ill be in the same place for a while and even then im clueless to the dream. I dont want this post to be a wall so ill end it with my question. How can i make my dreams more Vivid and why do my dreams consist of these scenes?

The problem may lie in the way you remember your dreams. Try taking a week to only focus on improving your dream recall. When you go to sleep at night, focus your effort on remembering your dreams and writing them down. Remind yourself to wake after every dream throughout the night. Don't wait until the morning to write them down. Hopefully this will improve the quality of your dreams.
