      Unhappy In need of Motivation/Inspiration

Ey guys, for the past month, my motivation to LD slowly disappeared. I was already at the peak of my lucid dreaming ability, I was able to LD 2-3 times a week(kinda high enough for me). When suddenly, I became dull and tired of even just attempting to WBTB. I became passive in DV, and I don't do RCs anymore. To be honest, I only LD for sex, but then, got bored with it. I need inspiration from you,my fellow brothers, what drives you to attempt to LD every night?

      PS

When you stabilize a dream enough and don't just rush things (like I have done almost every time..) the dream will become so stable that your thoughts and your view of the world is so clear and vivid that it feels exactly like reality and not just the "temporary" (oh it feels like reality now, but when I wake up I remember it just like a vivid dream). But I mean really REAL
I have only managed to make the dream that stable two times and BOTH of those times something external like an alarmclock or a person woke me up.
But I wait for that oppurtunity again, and just that is enough motivation and inspiration for me.

But another good way is to watch dream inspired movies like Matrix! Or just youtube clips like this one: The World of Lucid Dreaming - YouTube
And I can also recommend Spirited away, a cartoon movie but it was a good one.
There's a ton of things to motivate you with.

There's more to dreaming than sex. Try to complete the ToTM, ask your DG for a cool objective, hone your dream control to a peak of awesomeness.

Use your imagination, the possibilities are endless.

I think you're right man, the possibilities are endless. I'll try to see if there's a good one at 1000 things to do in a LD. Thanks man

Only for sex!? No wonder you're not showing interest! Lucid dreaming is about so much more than just fulfilling pleasures, the whole experience of learning and persistence and then the dream itself helps you progress and grow as a person.

Find goals that suit you, your interests, who you are as a person and who you want to be. If you feel weighed down, go for a fly above San Fransisco at night, watching the city lights fly by, go for a swim and beat a jet boat in a race as you blast through the water, shoot missiles and lasers out of every body part and orifice you can think of! Jump off a cliff! You have a whole world of unlimited possibility before you to help you further yourself and figure out who you are, and why you're here, you just need to realise the potential that lies within your dreams

Even something as simple as planting a sapling and watching a tree grow in front of your eyes, or lying in the sun and feeling the heat on your skin and taking pleasure in the fact that you're in your own world can turn out to be extremely meaningful experiences which can inspire your motivation and spark creativity in everything you do

Excellent! Ever since I started I've been searching for my Dream Guide, and I've certainly bumped into some interesting corners and representations of my subconscious along the way - still looking - but it's one of the things that makes me strive to continue! Keep dreaming
