Lucid Dreaming in stressful or non relaxing environments

I have been lucid dreaming a while now and I have probably had 20-30 of them.

My problem now is I am at school, it is getting stressful, I have a bunch of room mates (one who I share a bedroom with). It is very difficult to sleep if people are in my apartment and it is difficult to fall back asleep when I know I have a lot of things to do.

Basically my question is how can I attain lucidity in a place that is difficult to take naps in and relax in?

I was also thinking of using the CAT method because I don't really have to nap or try to fall back asleep, does anyone have any experience with this?

hmmmm thats a toughie, a wild would probly be hard in your situation but a dild is possible. one thing though, you have to find a way to relive that stress man ("relieve stress lol") stress kills dream recall i'd suggest meditaion

Yeah I have done A LOT of meditation and I still do it now. It is not so much the stress at it is my energy level. I guess DILD/MILD would be best but I have probably had only one lucid dream during my regular sleep. All others have come during naps and a few during late morning sleep.
