Yeah I have done A LOT of meditation and I still do it now. It is not so much the stress at it is my energy level. I guess DILD/MILD would be best but I have probably had only one lucid dream during my regular sleep. All others have come during naps and a few during late morning sleep. |

well honestly you've had a lot more lucids than me so you would know better. but were and of the Mid-day nap lucids WILDs? |
