You can't really use an app to determine when your REM cycles end, because everyone's different. That being said, if you wake up 4-6 hours after falling asleep at night, you'll probably be in between two cycles. Drink a lot of water before bed; when you get up to use the restroom, note the time and how much time has passed since you went to bed. That's when you should wake up for a WBTB, or set an alarm for DEILD. |
