Post how to find my rem cycle

Hey, if trying to figure out my rem cycle so i can deild. Can you guys give me a straight foward answer and not beat around the bush and be unspecific. What i mean is dont say something like "everyone is different". I'm aware of that, i just want to know if there is an app on android market to find it or something. Or you can tell me how you got it. But please please please dont reply saying you dont know. :p . .

You can't really use an app to determine when your REM cycles end, because everyone's different. That being said, if you wake up 4-6 hours after falling asleep at night, you'll probably be in between two cycles. Drink a lot of water before bed; when you get up to use the restroom, note the time and how much time has passed since you went to bed. That's when you should wake up for a WBTB, or set an alarm for DEILD.

If you're going solely for DEILD, though, I've done it in the middle of REM cycles before (I'm sure others have as well), so you don't necessarily have to be in between them to DEILD.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Just kiddin' actually, I've heard that you wake up naturally between dreams, but you're so drowsy that you don't remember. :/

Theres this lucid dreaming app on android that measures the noise in the room and motion your bed moves. And with that it shows a graph of when your in rem sleep.
I dont know how legit it is but ive been using it just to get times for my WBTB alarms.

You get into REM roughly every 90 minutes, so try maybe 4.5 or 6 hours. Maybe a little longer each time so you're actually in REM.

You can use mantras to wake up between rem periods. I've been doing this and now I wake up by myself at least once during the night after a rem period. I found out that I have a rem period after about 5 hours of sleep.
I was so much older then, I'm younger then that now.
