Hypnosis To Induce Definite Lucid Dreaming?

I been doing some research on Lucid Dreaming.. (which I always do) but I came across some interesting information.. alot of people are claiming it is possible to hypnotize yourself to induce definite lucid dreams every night. I heard there are mp3's that support this opinion. Is this true? And if so, where can I download these mp3's?

      I believe it would work.

But self hypnosis and hypnosis mp3s dont work nearly as well as going to Se a hypnotheropist.

If I was you I would go to a hypnotheropist and tell him wat you want
And if ge doesn't know what lucid dreaming is just explain it to him.

I have always been amazed by Hypnosis, the way some professionally can directly enter, and make others, a unconscious state. I'm not too sure about the mp3's, I think they exist, but I think it would take alot of practice aswell.
Remember there are plenty of other ways to have a lucid dream, so if you haven't try All Day Awareness + WBTB + Mantra.

Sleeping is, in fact, a form of self-hypnosis. I.E. a sleeping pill is refereed to as a hypnotic. I wrote a blog about hypnosis here.

i guess it depends on how suggestible one is... For example, hypnosis doesnn't affect me, no matter how much i try, i'm just not suggestible. I can induce a trance, but the suggestions never work

Yea Rock4Dreams its pretty common knowledge that hypnosis only works on people who truly believe in it.

I didn't talk about believing or not believing. As i said, its about suggestibility. While what you are saying is true, if someone is not that suggestible, he is gonna have a hard time trying to induce a LD through hypnosis, no matter how hard he believesin hypnosis

I'm a bit skeptical of hypnosis (which I know is so hypocritical). It just depends so much on the person who is being hypnotized to actually accept the hypnosis. I've heard there are ways that people are hypnotized to lucid dream (usually so that they will fight off continuous nightmares) but that it doesn't always work. This is mainly because the "subjects" are unwilling to allow themselves to be completely hypnotized. (No, I don't have citations or anything for this. Just something I heard a while back)
