      Ask yourself

      Has anyone ever been in a lucid dream and then ask out loud the best way for you to become lucid? If so did you try it and did it work? Any comments or experiences appreciated.

      no but I did once yell out "Every dream I have will be a lucid dream from now on" however it didn't work
