just wondering if i am ready to actually lucid dream yet because i have finished doing the dream recall stage and i can recall entire or fragments of about 2 dreams a morning, even 3 at most |

Getting your recall up is great. Are you writing them in your dream journal? But, that's just one part of preparing yourself. The other part is practicing your reality checks, mantras and daytime awareness. If you have done that, then I would go for it. Happy dreams |

If you feel your prepared, go for it! Look into all the different lucid techniques and choose one that best suites you. Then find some guides and start practicing! |

How to Increase Daytime Awareness: Just randomly in the day notice little details around you. What does everything look like? Feel like? Smell like? Pay attention. Be aware. You can read this tutorial for more info. |
