Alright what the hell? (please read)

Okay so ummm.... Heres what just happened; So I was laying down and told myself just relax steven cause I had a lot if stuff on,my mind. Before I knew I got this visual of me and my friend zane flying in a plane. I kind of knew it was all in my head but then I lost my consiousness and it turned into a dream. So were flying in our plane and I caught again! I was,lucid for a bit! But I was just riding with zane haha! It was cool! But it was only for like 10 seconds., and then everything went dark and I tried rubbing my hands togther to bring it back. Also Im gunna add the fact that when I rubbed mu hands togther I might have been awake. And then something other than lucid dreaming was going on.... It felt wierd. The sleep paralysis feeling was going on but open eyed I noticed it looked like a dream, so i was still asleep. i got scared because ive experienced stuff like this before, so I kepyly my eyes SHUT. then I back away from sideways body and saw myself and a girl at my school looking kind of demonish looked at the me that moved away from the body and said ” WHATS A MATTER STEVEN?”. Then I started to jerk around and instantly went back into my.body and then with a little effort woke up. Anyone got any idea what the hell just happened?

You were dreaming. When you become afraid like that, it often turns into a nightmare. Sounds like a pretty cool experience.

You said you ' got this visual of you and a friend flying in a plane' when we visualize we use the same area of our brains as when we dream... the secondary visual cortices to be exact. Visualizing primes the pump for dreaming, ergo lucid dreaming. Sounds like you are on the right path
