Over the last 6 days I was living without electric power. This means that instead of going to bed at 3 am, I had to go to sleep between 9-11 pm, because there was nothing better to do . I'm surprised at the results. I found falling asleep to be easier, and for the last couple days I didn't even take melatonin. On those days, I had 3 spontaneous DILD and a ton of regular dreams. Because of lack of problem solving, my mind was much more calm when I was going to bed(couch) - there were little worries.

Just a thought. I probably had less than 3 lds in the past month, and here I find myself having a pretty good sleep cycle going!
