I wouldn't recommend the binaural beats. For me, they did nothing positive. I felt rather screwed up after using them for a month or so and was tired 24/7 for some time afterwards.

Also, in regard to WILDing (your body falling asleep while you stay aware, thus resulting, ultimately, in a lucid dream), although sleep paralysis can be a main feature, plenty of people do not experience it at all - myself being one of them. I've WILDed loads of times without ever experiencing any form of paralysis (only once have I had it), so don't focus on it too much. All you need to know is that the transition between brain frequencies can produce ''static'' in the form of vibrations, a feeling of a heavy blanket laid over you, or possibly hallucinations - none of which should be feared, however, as none of it is harmful. As Riser stated, you go through it every night - you're just unconscious (by default) during it.

In addition, if you can think of it, it's possible. That's all there is to the capabilities of lucid dreaming.
