What is even worse is if i go to sleep late and wake up in a deep sleep phase, im so groggy its a massive struggle to remember my dream let alone write it down fully, later on in that day ill get a deja vu of my dream and think fuck, why didnt i remember that when i woke up. Lost 3-4 lucid dreams in like the past month because i didnt remember them when i woke up. Just thought id share seeing as you only seem to be getting 7 hours sleep, and even less than that due to waking up for wilds which = less rem sleep. Though like i said its different for everyone, anyways, stay positive and confident and you WILL get there!
Thanks for sharing that! I honestly am fine on 6.5 - 7 hrs a night, although that may not be best for LDing. On weekends I sometimes sleep 10-11 hours, but funny enough I hardly remember dreams on weekends.
I'll try to sleep more though because I need all the REM sleep I can get!
Yeah haha I love it when something in real life automatically triggers a dream memory and then more memories come flowing back into you

Exactly. I do that sometimes as well. Sometimes I wake up after an amazing dream, then I'm like, "meh I'll write it down later." And later turns into falling back asleep and forgetting it! Or such as yesterday when I was late for school, I had no time to write down anything + the stress of being late made me jump too fast.

That's what I was thinking. I feel like it's some sort of plateau that I need to just get over... and once I do, I'll be having much more lucid dreams than before.
