So, i would like to try this method out, but i have a question.
My sleeping schedule is as follows, i wake up at around 7am on mondays to fridays and on the weekends I wake up around 8:45 am. The CAT technique states to wake up 90 minutes before you would normally wake up for a week. Does that mean that i should wake up around 5:30am in the weekdays and 7:15am in the weekends or should i just wake up at 5:30 for the whole week?
