      question? i cant get outside

Most of the time i have no problem moving about in dreams but latley it has been a problem much more than i would desire.

after a lucid false awakening last night i decided i was oing to fly through the roof. i flew up but only to hit the roof and not pass threw I tried multiple times even reminding myself that it was a dream and it was totally possible. i still couldnt get threw the roof.

i woke up and realized i was still dreaming, this time i headed for the front door. as i got to the door and reached for the lock it was just out of my reach and i just couldnt manage to open the door. i say screw it, I will fly through the window, as i stare at the window i remind myself again that this is indeed a dream and i can move threw the window. I levitate and move myself toward the window, i got my arms and legs threw but it was like some magnetic type force was holding me from moving all the way threw. I started thinking that maybe im not sapposed to be dreaming outside. I then turn to mirror in my house and decide to fly into it. i gained some speed and got my legs into the mirror (wich was really cool) but i couldnt go any further than that.
I finally gave up and just flew around my house for a while.

Does anyone have advice/tips as to why i cant move threw these things. Is it because im not believing in the situation 100%

      any advice would be great!

Try to smash the window next time.

In situations like these, I have found that actually IMAGINING what you want to happen can actually directly influence the events of the dream.
At the same time, I always lose a lot of stability when I do this method. So, be careful when trying this. I usually use it for very short periods of time. In this case, I would imagine going through the window, and then let the dream take over again.

Smash the window OR blast the roof. If there's a mirror, try walking through it and into a new location - I've done this a few times, sometimes even squeezing through small ones. And yes, it does make it easier if you fully believe in your abilities to get around (including exiting the house).
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I had an Obe-LD this morning and went directly to the door but couldn't get threw again. I looked over at the window and it was open but the screen was in so I kicked the screen out and made it outside.

Success but I still can't fly threw walls.

if you can fly at all then you have my envy. anyways yeah smashing stuff is probrobly the best course of action, i tried to go through mirrors before and had trouble, it was like it was super-flexible plastic, it bent around my body when i pushed on it. you could transform into a ghost, then you can move through walls freely. or you could open a portal that leads to the other side of the wall. or you could teleport to the other side of the wall. the possibilities are endless. also you shouldn't say that you can do it because it's a dream. that will reduce quality. you should find an excuse, even if that excuse is "because it's my world and i say it's possible"
I have returned, but I'm not the same

Yeah, I can fly great. That's the one thing I don't really have a problem with... Smashing things works but I really want to have better control and be able to go directly threw walls and things like that. I am realizing (as you said) if I say or think it can't be done then I won't be able to do it. I must have full beliefs when trying to do anything inside of dream reality. Thanks for the tips
