Don't be scared, it is a very fun occurrence if you make it! I get really excited everytime I go into sleep paralysis because you can enter a lucid or OBE real easily, just keep practicing mind control! |

About a week ago I was having a dream where this psycologist was being interviewed and he was talking about having more control over your mind and brain. After hearing that I apparently triggered something in my brain that made me more aware of what was going on and I woke up, paralyzed. It was espiecially horrible because my pubes were sweating and itching like crazy but I couldn't move a single muscle in my body I couldn't even turn my head. It felt like a had a weight on my body that was too heavy to move. I'm scared of it happening again, should I be, or do I just try to build of of this paralysis and attempt to go back into the dream? |

Spoiler for Dream Goals:
Tip, I found this out while trying to WILD, if you're scared, don't try and suppress the fear, face the fact that you are scared but you can't get hurt. You've got to have that sort of "bring it on" trend while in sleep paralysis, you may be able to pull off a DEILD if you're lucky enough. |
