      The "Tingly Feeling"

I know how to use sleep paralysis. As i use it, and relax my body, i eventually get the "tingly feeling".
I notice that as im holding my breathe the tingly feeling gets stronger (?) ! But, i cant keep my breathe in for a long time, and eventually i have to breathe more deeply, and eventually...lose the feeling.

The tingly feeling does nothing by itself, and it goes away anyways, but i wanna know how to tap into the lucid dreams through this feeling? I know its the key point!

      Help me out!

Is it a strong feeling though? or just slight.

thats not SP, your body is just falling asleep (not in the literal sense, but like when you sit on your foot and it goes numb) because you haven't moved in awhile. I must admit I was under the same impression when I first started trying to Wild, but trust me, sleep paralysis feels quite different...

Try to get that tingly feeling without holding your breath, so you can just keep breathing as normal throughout the whole SP experience. What helps me achieve that, is just focus on the feeling (you've felt it now, so you can recall what it felt like), imagine feeling it. After a little while your mind will trick your body into actually feeling it, and you haven't lost a single breath
