i do the same but i almost always at some point change sleeping position and then the complete blackout , as much as i went was auditory hallucinations even with me influencing them then as always , the blackout |

What I do is just breath and listen to that, in and out. Nothing else. It relaxes me till the point I will get into a dreamy state and all I have to do from here on is keeping myself focused and don't go wandering on random thoughts. After a while the random thoughts will create a dream and if I don't wander along with those thoughts I'll slip in lucid. |

I do the same thing, but when I'm at the point of dreaming, like I can "see" things around me I start 'spinning' to make myself more lucid. I'm not sure if this makes sense at all but it works wonders to gain lucidity. |
