Hello! I'm thinking of trying a new method, in which I'll set aside times during the day to go lay in bed and just focus on lucid dreaming. The only other time I'll lay down will be to go to sleep. In theory, my mind will become conditioned to associate lucid dreaming with being in my bed and/or in a horizontal position, thus more lucids. Though I'm tempted to use meditation, I feel like lying down and meditating would be to relaxing. I think it'll be more effective for me if I read books on the subject while lying down. Thoughts on the method? Redirects to existing methods which are identical?
