Higher chanse of succses at LD with clothes on?

Whenever i decide to sleep with clothes on (above the blankets by the way), i notice that i have a higher chanse to become Lucid in a dream.
Last night, i remember having a LD with clothes on, so i tried it again.
First, it started as a non lucid dream which i later became lucid in.
I remember excactly how it felt the first time it happened, this feeling was identical to it.
      So... happened to anyone yet?

Placebo, my friend. Even thou, there are very low possibility that clothes touch your skin, and you end up feeling the touch in your dream, which makes you regain consciousness. I've read about similar situation in LaBerges books, if I remember correctly. I may be wrong.
      My opinion:
*Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
*There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
*Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

Coincidence IMO. All successes should be attributed to your mind. Don't hand off any credit to something like your clothes.

Partly placebo I would say, but not necessarily. Why don't pyjama's work the same way? Or sleeping with nothing on? Or simply sleeping in another bed or room? But if there is an increase for you in probability then there could be a different reason why it works.

Clothes could make you feel uncomfotable or opposite, which would result in higher awareness too.

Changing something in your routine will often increase your chances. For example, I am almost guaranteed a spontaneous lucid dream when I sleep somewhere new. Keep it going. Every time you sleep with your clothes on, make a point of expecting a lucid dream.

Maybe even change it up- wear your jeans to bed, or just a shirt, or your underpants on top of your jeans, or your pj's under your clothes, or nothing at all. And after a while you could even wear pj's and have them feel so weird now that they work too.

This would be my best advice here. I myself find that whenever I sleep in a different bed, I am far more likely to become lucid. Maybe because you're more conscious of your changed surroundings during waking life, and this spills over into the dream state.

So how can we best emulate sleeping in another bed? Most of us can't or don't want to have to change bed's almost every night, so can we pinpoint what it is exactly that causes the lucids?

Try sleeping the other way round, ie. your head where your feet would normally be. Feels different in a funny way.. Or, sleep on the couch or on a mattress which you put somewhere on the floor where you normally don't sleep?
