Many people underestimate RCs or just dont do them the right way. But for me its one of the best working methods so far and I know about LDing since 2008-09. In my latest dream I was in a mart and bought bananas n stuff . I wondered why I did that and how I got there found no answers and started counting my fingers: 6 !
The phrase Im dreaming wandered through my mind .
I was lucid for quiet a while in a long time and really enjoyed it.
I must say I really dont had the right mindset before. I thought LDing is hard but really , it isn't.
Just think you are able to LD and you are able to recognize dreams.
But dont forget to enhance your recall if you dont already remember a minimum of 1 dream per night.

When to RC : remember to RC yourself. Dont get reminded by your cellphone or clocks. You must try to remember that you should RC not only when you get bored at home but also on any other situations especially when something odd strange unusual or special happens in RL or you just think something is out of place

How to RC: dont just only look at your hands count your fingers an go on on whatever youre doing. This is a common mistake.
Question yourself "What Im doing , does it makes sense ? Where am I? What did I did hours ago , can i remind the day? ( I personally often try to remind the most of my day several times a day.) Does everything fits together ? How I feel ? (Maybe practice some ADA in these "reality questioning RCs" to learn what reality feels like. Take your time with the RC

The right mindset : youre able to have frequent lucid dreams .
Before you go to bed imagine as vivid as possible what you gonna do when youre lucid and how you got
Lucid. ( through RCs or checking your environment and recognizing abnormalities)
The last thing you should keep in mind before you sleep are lucid dreams. Maybe do some meditation before to not get distracted by other thoughts.
Just trust yourself and dont be frustrated if it doesnt works from one day to another.
I think that getting frustrated to early has a bad influence on the probanility to LD. Everything needs practice. So LDing does.

As I mentioned before . I know about lding since years and I admit I never really had much LDs. I now know what my mistake was. I thought lucid dreaming is hard and takes ages to learn. Stop telling it to the new people in here. Trust yourself .
I never got a method working that fast. And it may sounds simple but give it a try , good working methods dont always have to be complex, time consuming acts.
