      DEILD or FA or WILD?

I've quit WILDing for a period of time since I've been giving too much effort on rolling out of my body. Now instead of focusing on when the vibrations would come, I decided to turn my attention to visualization which was easy to do for me.

So I've been trying DEILD or DILD for the past two nights. 3 DEILDs so for, here is what happens:

I woke up from a dream or I thought I was. Now I'm saying this, because I'm using sleep mask. But when I woke up I felt my body, the bed and the mask covering my eyes. Well I've been using nose pinch as a reality check even in waking life just to get used to it. Anyways, I woke up, felt everything then did a nose pinch. I could breath. Got up, still blind, then did my usual stuff to see and stabilize etc.

Now the question is since I have sleep mask I can't really tell if those was FA, WILD or DEILD?

Note: My five senses in those LDs were far more active than any of my dreams including WILDs. I could feel the rain on my skin, heard my own voice and felt the vibration of sound I made.

If you exited a dream and entered the other one conscious, it was a DEILD. If you woke up in your bed, thinking it was reality it was a FA and if you went from trying to fall asleep with no dreams before it and entered the dream conscious it was a WILD. Sounds more like a DILD with FA scenario to me.

So it was DEILD. Because I had been dreaming before it. But I still don't know whether I was really awake or in FA And it doesn't really matter since it was extra vivid, conscious. Thank you.

Definitely DEILD. I've had some fairly weird experiences similar to yours in attempting DEILD so I would go with that one.

Sounds like an odd FA but only you know for sure. Here's a little trick I do... when you do awaken from a dream, even a frightening one, try to visualize that very dream whilst remembering your goal to awaken in the dream. The human mind loves to complete a dream , even if the dream changes slightly. When we visualize we are using the same area of our brains as when we dream (secondary visual cortices) .

Yeah, I've been doing it for the couple of nights, I could be able to continue my dream or dreamt something about it.
