I wrote a new Lucid Scribe plugin that outlines breathing patterns that can be followed with no need for any hardware.

The line shows the level at which the lungs should be filled and how long the breath should be retained. The first exercise is to inhale for roughly 8 seconds, hold for 32 seconds and exhale for 16 seconds (a ratio of 1:4:2).

I recorded a session while wearing a halograph over the weekend and posted it on LSDBase:



This is one minute and shows a brief inhalation with the heartbeat climbing to distribute the fresh air, then a long retention and finally an exhalation.
