      Help!

      I need adivice... i go to school every day from monday to friday 9am to 3pm and i dont have time for reality checks what should i do?

      Do them during school They're very simple and take no more than a few seconds, you can even do them between classes while you're walking. Just be sure to think about what you're doing and that you're really questioning reality, not just going through the motions.

      Yup, I'm also going through schooling the same as you are. Like Burke said, it's important that you really question your reality. Stop and just take that moment to think "Am I dreaming?" and then proceed with your reality check. If you mindlessly reality check, this may result in a negative reality check even if it's within a dream!
