To improve your recall you must pay attension to your dreams, first thing in the morning when you wake up you should try to remember your dreams. Write them down (this is very important!) or record them with tape recorder.
agreed. I used to have this problem, but the more you continue what you do with the dream journal and Reality checks, the less you will continue to get this problem. Just keep going and they will eventually become longer.
