Attaining Lucidity for only a few seconds.
3 times in the last week I have become Lucid in my dreams. But each time I perform a reality check and then begin to experience my Lucid Dream it ends! Im not sure what happens, I dont remember if I wake up or continue dreaming or what. My memory of the dream just ends. I dont remember false wakenings and I dont remember losing Lucidity and continuing to dream, it just stops. Its annoying. Is this common at all?

agreed. I used to have this problem, but the more you continue what you do with the dream journal and Reality checks, the less you will continue to get this problem. Just keep going and they will eventually become longer.Originally posted by Carpath

To improve your recall you must pay attension to your dreams, first thing in the morning when you wake up you should try to remember your dreams. Write them down (this is very important!) or record them with tape recorder.
Curiosity killed the cat but at least it didnt die an ignorant bastard
