I'm trying a mostly natural approach to becoming consistently lucid but as with other members, I am having difficulties. I mean my last lucid happened a couple of weeks after I gave up on trying to get lucid again. You can imagine how frustrating that was.

Anyways, I was wondering if the use of a device like the REM dreamer or such can train you to become lucid without it. Can you guys fill me in?

P.S. Besides Stephen LaBarge, what other LD books do you guys recommend?
