      new to lucid dreaming

      I am very interested was wondering u do a reality check in dream because u feel as if in a dream and then it seem that your awake is that lucidity

      Think mike meand do you do a reality check in a dream because you think it may be a dream and when you've done it you realise it is a dream and you feel awake in your dream.....so mike that s lucidity....your dreaming then reality check then you think " wow I'm dreaming"

      Not always

      Sometimes I will be in a dream and do a RC and am totally surprised to realize it is a dream. I think 'no way'! Sometimes I test 4 times because I just cant believe it.
