      a problem with WBTB

      i can do most of it, 'cept i cant really come onto the computer at 3ish am cause i have school the next day. any way of doing it skipping the filling your head with LD related stuff bit?

      It's not so effective if you don't read anything related to LDing, but you can for example say to yourself something like "When I'm dreaming, I will notice it's a dream" repeatedly. And you must really mean it, not just repeat the sentence. WBTB helps getting lucid without reading or anything, but youre more likely to have a LD if you read or something.

      well...you dont HAVE to fill it with LD stuff, but it aint really WBTB if you dont wake your mind up with something. If you dont you'll most likely just fall right back asleep with no luck of lucid dreams

      You don't have to sign on to a computer or physically read about LDing. I just think about LDing.. what I've read, what I want to accomplish, and repeat that I will become aware that I'm dreaming and periodically do reality checks until hopefully I WILD or fall into a dream and become lucid.
