      Longest LD so far, but unsure...

      So, I had my longest LD last night after accidentally falling asleep attempting a WILD.
      (For those who want to know how, I saw my dad in a dream, but he's not here anymore so I knew I was dreaming instantly and did a nose pinch RC)

      Anyway, I woke up when I got in way over my head and tried to control too much at once bout 2-5 minutes after entering.

      What my question is, is this;
      Is the LD supposed to feel like a regular dream when you wake up? I remember this happening, but it feels just like any other dream. Does that mean it was just a dream where I became lucid, or do all LD's feel like this? Any help would be appreciated.
      "Courage is the magic that turns dreams into reality."

      I'm not going to add an LD count because I sort of don't keep count. I've had about 2-3 WILDs... i think and one or two DILDS.

      When I wake up, all my LDs usually feel like normal dreams. Occasionally, if the LDs are way more vivid than my normal dreams, they will stand out a lot more.
      My first LDs was incredible, and the realization of having an LD kept me feeling great the whole day.
      Most often times they do feel just like normal dreams though, just maybe an odd feeling in my stomach if I suddenly remember one that I could not remember immediately upon waking up.
      Keep dreaming.

      I have never had a true LD that felt like a normal dream. A true LD feels hyper-real and can be a life changing event.

      Either your non-LD's are particularly vivid (so the LD doesn't stand out as much) or it was a particularly un-vivid lucid (un-vivid is a word, right?) In any case, no matter how vivid your non-lucids are, when you have a high-level lucid of the kind that Faceonmars is talking about, simply existing is an exquisite euphoria. Congratulations on the lucid!
