      SP in a dream?

I was camping, and I drank and smoked a lot before bed...anyways. I had a kinda false awaking with SP. I opened my eyes. and couldn't move...and my friends were unzipping my tent telling me to wake up...but in reality they never really did this...So how could I have gotten out of SP while in a dream?

I had this multiple times as well But most of the time i was in my bed the same way i was in SP in real, so i only realized after it was over.

Althrough once i was lying on the ground in our bathroom and was in SP, but for some reason i couldn't get out of it either... even while i knew it was a dream.

Probably it just requires more determination

I think this is possible right before you transition from dreaming to SP, that somehow your dream body gets paralyzed, or (more likely) you already feel your real body while still half in the dream.

I've had a dream once where there was smoke which I had to walk underneath to get to my destination, but once I walked underneath the smoke I was forced to the ground, and couldn't move anymore. The dream faded quickly after that and I awoke in SP (which I used to DEILD ).

Ladusence's idea makes sense. I once had a false awakening where I was perfectly sandwiched between my bed and a large stone slab in the middle of some medieval dungeon setting, perfectly replicating sleep paralysis.
