      Still having trouble.

I cant seem to get lucid. if i go to sleep at 11pm, and try to listen to my breathing(and every other action i must perform) will i have a lucid dream?

*im doing reality checks, and i am trying to do other actions to help myself become lucid, too.

Try doing WILD or MILD. Also be aware all the time. Being aware and doing RC are slightly different. Go to sleep for 5 hours, wake up stay up for half hour while reading something about Lucid. Go back to bed and do MILD.
