      What does Deild do?

Hey guys, I've heard some great things about the deild technique such as its fairly easy to do and it doesn't really take a lot of prep however what I want to know is does Dield involve sleep paralysis or hypnogogic halucinations. I don't think I am ready for sp or hh yet so if it does I may have to just carry on with dilds.

When I use DEILD I either feel nothing at all or experience the effects of sleep paralysis for only a few seconds. Most of the time I don't feel anything though. I don't think you would mind doing DEILD even if you did feel sleep paralysis because the time on it is so brief.

I had an odd dream just a few days ago. It involved a Dark Souls-esque area, following by going inside Mumbo's Skull from Banjo Kazooie, then being named a hero destined to fight a GIANT Wiggler, finished with using a Deku mask to skip across water to impress girls. If you're not totally confused yet, then good. Anyway, I very gently woke up from that dream. I laid in bed, completely still with my eyes shut, trying to reenter the dream, but didn't work. But then my legs felt funny, and I remembered that this is part of DEILD. Then my whole body went numb and I just heard a loud, constant ringing sound. Unfortunately after about 8 seconds I chickened out, thinking bad hallucinations were going to appear if I didn't enter a dream quick enough. So I changed my breathing pattern and in about 2 seconds everything was back to normal.

So yeah, I got Sleep Parry, but as far as I knew, no scary noises or anything. I really don't want to be so scared though.
