Firstly, how much lucid dreaming experience do you have? taking on WILDing without really having the feel for your dreams down is much more difficult than otherwise.
Secondly, Oneiro makes a very simple but ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY point. You have to fall asleep in order to have a WILD. That should be your goal.
Other random tips to try out:
- Stay up longer 30minutes or more
- Be comfortable, the way you are laying, the level of sound and light in the room, and even if you have to adjust, swallow, blink, whatever. Just do it and be done with it.
- You are not quite in SP yet, but you are getting there, when you feel "fuzzy" it's important to let go of strict awareness of your body. This is the threshold, this is the tricky line between WILDing and failing. Let go of everything but the thinnest string of consciousness.
