      Few questions about WILD

hey everyone, So I have been reading about lucid dreaming and looked into the WILD method of going into Sleep paralysis and have a few questions before i attempt it.

So, when I am in SP, do i open my eyes or what do i do from there to start lucid dreaming?

      2) I have been reading about the Hallucinations, I personally think I will freak out, any advice for that?

Technically what i want to know is when i think i am in SP, do i open or leave my eyes closed and what do i do after that.
      Thanks for the advice.

You shouldn't aim for sleep paralysis, you should aim for the dream instead, here's an excellent guide on WILDing: http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/mzzkcs...-guide-105484/

As for HH, it's largely a matter of the power of suggestion, if you expect pan-dimensional elder beings from beyond the universe to rip out your heart via your knee-caps then that's what you'll get, if you approach in a curious and optimistic manner then you won't find it so bad.

You shouldn't open your eyes at any point in a WILD, if you're successful you may find yourself in a dream scene, or a dream version of your bedroom in which case you'll be able to step out of bed and enjoy your lucid dream.

Always, no sometimes think it's me,
But you know I know when it's a dream
      I think I know I mean a yes
      But it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree

While WILDing keep your eyes closed. There are several ways to get into a lucid dream from SP. One way is visualizing. Visualize the place you would like to be and imagine yourself becoming lucid. Another way is to just wait for it. Let the HH come to you and form into a dream. Look around the forum and read some more WILD guides! The more guides you read the better you will understand what you need to do.

HH isn't scary unless you make it scary. Just remember HH isn't real and is similar to a dream. Remind yourself that nothing can really hurt you and stay calm. Some people have the ability to change their HH, you might be able to. Like Ctharlhie said, don't focus so much on SP or HH. The goal is to get into a dream. Focus on that. The guide he linked is also very good.

Welcome to the forum, you-lurker-you. Read the forum posts. P.S. if you are in sleep paralysis you cannot open your physical eyes. This is the definition of 'paralysis'.
