      Sleep Paralysis Questions/WILD Questions.

Ok so, I succesfully DILD'ed and then WILD'ed one night and then the nexy, and have entered sleep paralysis before. But I am unsure how exactly it works. Right now it seems that if I try to stay awake, I'll just fall asleep and have no idea how I luck out and get into SP when I do, it seems it just happens. So I'm wondering what to do to induce it, and then also, how to enter the dream. Because like I said, I've done it, but it wasn't clear how. I have the account from another forum posted below to explain how my SP-into-a dream worked. Thanks.
"Anyhow, later, the alarm went off! And I heard it but faintly, and so I thought "this is it!" I was already in SP and was waiting, trying to remember what to do, when my body felt like the top half of it was being lifted. But no my physical body, more like a floating body, if you know what I mean. Anyhow, I thought I'd just let it happen, so I did, I got lifted up till my top-half was 90 degrees with the bed, then I shot up out of the room and entered the dream (which was my room lol) but I was standing in it. "

While entering into SP, you may hear roaring sounds and feel vibrations in your body. Don't be mistaken that you are entered SP. Compare these sensations to the white noise that we hear while changing stations in a Radio. While you are fine tuned to a station, there is no white sound. So there is a transition occurs in ourself while shifting from Waking station to SP station. This fine tuning can be gained by staying calm and taking long, slow and deliberate breaths.Once you are fine tuned to the SP station, just Open your Mouth and enter into the LD world.

I see. Well, it did feel like that when I got to SP. Everything changed, even my handle on the fibre's of my being changed, but how do you keep your mind awake when you try to get to SP?

You are feeling that you have entered in SP simply because your mind is awake!! SP occurs always while we are sleeping; usually both our mind and body sleeps. SP during sleep is a natural protection mechanism of our body which denies the movement of our body while we are dreaming(i.e active movements in our dreams like running, flying, fighting, etc.). The awareness itself that we are in SP is enough to recognize it.
