I am no expert on lucid dreaming, but from what you've said you may be partially correct in your assumption in that you're probably not practicing All Day Awareness. Check out the thread for it on these forums and maybe give it a try? |

My Best Advice |

Playing out old dreams and the past days events in my head is one of my favorite things to do when im bored in class or whatnot. Especially when im in bed trying to sleep, unfortunately for me, this actually tends to keep me awake. Falling asleep is one of my least favorite parts of the day, right before waking up, thats brutal for me no matter how long or short i sleep. It takes a long time for me to fall asleep, even if my mind isnt restless. |

Yeah, your daydreaming could be making your ability to lucid dream harder. But don't fear; i'm sure we can work through this and make something beneficial of it. Luckily, we have a daydream awarness practitioner x) Check out the link below; |

Obviously there are always some dreams that you simply don't remember in your conscious mind, i mean as in when i wake out of a dream, i remember the entire dream in great detail. They rarely get away from my thoughts like they used to when i first started. |

The best thing about dreams is that fleeting moment, when you are between asleep and awake, when you don't know the difference between reality and fantasy, when for just that one moment you feel with your entire soul that the dream is reality, and it really happened.
I think when you do day dream you should every now and ten take a moment to do a reality check inside your day dream? Worth a shot |
