      Question Using Sounds to WILD?

If i was Wilding using a visualization technique would it hellp if i had sounds of a beach while i was visualizing being on a beach? hopefully that makes sense like if im visualizing myself on a beach would it help to have beach sounds playing from my ipod?

Definitely! And even if the sounds don't succeed in putting you into a WILD, it will sure be healthy for your mind and ability to visualise. Trying to surround yourself in this imaginary world is key, and that involves using all the 'physical' senses, which includes sound. So quite simply, yes.

It is worth a try. I am always too distracted by things like that, but some people swear by it. Do you fall asleep easily?

It's all about visualization. We imagine and we dream in the same area of our big human brain. This is not a theory but a biological fact. I say this is knowledge a willful lucid dreamer can use (and I do!)
