Hello, so I've been doing reality checks whenever anything seems off, or something is giving me the shivers, and I question everything around me and check if I know where I am and if anything is out of place. |

well first off, congratulations on your first WILD! i have yet to have a WILD as i am going to wait until im a more experienced LDer. with the RC programming, just keep at it! eventualy in time you will realise something is off during your dream. and its not just doing the RCs to do them. you must really question reality, and really ask yourself, am i dreaming? dont worry dude, also try using autosuggestion, that would prabably help a bit too. either way, dont lose faith, if you believe you can LD, you WILL LD. it all comes in time. Good luck! |

First, do what Thrillz says, skarmand, and everything will work out for you. But to answer your question, I've seen DILD happen within a week or two, if your RC's are frequent & sincere, and your intentions are well set. It really depends on the quality of your mental prep, but it shouldn't take you less than a month or two. if it takes longer, hit us up again, and we'll try again! |

It took me about 3 weeks and that was with semi-frequent RCs (a little less than yours) as well as practicing ADA. If you want a little boost you could try ADA (all day awareness) which can help with your awareness both in dreams and the waking world. Tutorial can be found here. |
