So you are saying, your dreams are pretty much like everyday life...well sooner or later you are bound to have something "odd" pop up in your dreams..but having dreams that seem like everyday life, you can work with it in a way
here is how
Say you are having a dream..and you are outside your house..everything seems real..you dont notice you are dreaming....the next day you have another dream....your inside your house...*wait a minute* ive been here before..."Am i dreaming?"
so what i am trying to say is...find things or surroundings or something that you have been before in your dreams, pick out certain things in your dreams and try to remember them-as a Dream sign-or just normally, cuz if you can put it in your mind that --if i see this, or if i go here-you can trigger yourself to ask "Am i dreaming?" in your dream..therefore you will be Lucid
lately since ive been reading alot about LDing..in my dreams i would be talking about LDing--but i wouldn't become Lucid---damn it!----i mean its the main obviously thing and i still didnt catch it---put with practice--im sure i will--just like you--with practicing getting to know certain things that appear..
Let's say..you have 4 dreams in a row that one of your family members are in....tell yourself--any dreams i have with a family member in it--i will remember i am dreaming--or any of this, or any of that appears in my dream---i will remember i am Lucid
I wrote in my dream journal that "If i talk about Lucid Dreaming, in my dream, i will realize i am dreaming" just little side notes--same thing about my family members cuz my mom has been in alot of dreams....
almost like a pattern..try to find one, and maybe things will happen
