      trolling the idea

an argument please, can i have an argument?

i have return a while still no Lucid Dream , yes i don't put in much effort and i don't read much about it, i dont care because i think thats not what makes such a thing achievable.

please just argue with me, go on side that you know how to lucid dream , if so please say it in 2 lines or so how to do it ,the recipe please.

else i dont think its something one can learn, which means its not really a real thing, but instead a sort of sleep problem or awareness problem. similar to those who cant sleep insomianc, is the word i think... yes troll me please, don't be easy, i hope its allowed in this forum, its not for the laughs i want to get some truth from this post?

To get your first few lucid dreams you need to be obsessed by it ... if you were a fangirl I'd say lucid dreaming should become your justin bieber. Be so obsessed with it that you want to start talking about it with whoever you meet.
After every lucid dream you should have a firmer grasp on how to do it...

      ---------------

Ive had but a few lucid dreams , my dreams are boycotting me at the moment: I used to have very obvious magical dreams lately Im dreaming I'm sitting infront of my computer or talking with my mother while eating breakfast ...
But I do notice that every lucid dream is a bit stronger then the previous one.

I think the hardline here is awareness. Just realize your dreaming, it's that easy. Obviously, the difficulty curve is learning how to do that, just find a technique and practice.

There is no simple recipe that anyone can give you in just two lines or less. Like Matiasve said, you need to be obsessed with it. You don't need to get obsessive compulsive, but you need to enjoy doing your research, as what's what it will take I'm afraid.

      thank you for your inputs.

But how do the words that you type relate to me and my mind?
How do i have control over me ? That is my beliefs and my mental strength during sleep.

I view sleep as being a shutdown of my awareness, yet lucid dreaming uses the word awareness very often. How can i be logical to assess the truth of a situation as being real or dreaming when it feels so much as if my logic center has shutdown, that is my logic center used for asking why and how?

Really the person my dreams make me out to be ( my inability to lucid dream ) does not match my waking-life self ... Because i believe i have certain awareness and ability to analyze what is real or not ... I don't know, i guess i'm half fustrated and half confused.

I feel powerless to the challenge of such a feat, as if there is no pathway to take to get there. This forum should have answers, is the only way i'm going to achieve lucid dreams is if i use alarm clocks and such? Sigh... i wish it could be easier than that, i don't want to fiddle around with hacks, i want control of my mind.

Eventually you won't need alarm clocks or any other bullshit technological devices. Once you gain proficiency, lucid dreaming is as easy as flipping a switch in your mind as you go to bed.

However, first you need to get there. The first few lucid dreams are the hardest, and you will need to become obsessive about it because you need the ideas to penetrate deep into your subconscious. And yes, you need to 'hack' it at first. But sometimes the journey is more important than the destination.

Your logical mind is always there even when it "shuts down", its what causes your dream to have a story line, to still have some basic rules. Your conscious mind is always there and ready to be woken up you just have to have the intention of doing so.
