      I cant SP

      I try to relax as much as possible, and lay without moving for a half an hour straight, and I still can't get into SP. Any pointers?

      Don't aim for SP! I never get into it, because not everyone experiences SP.

      lucidity should be what you want, not SP.

      Are you WILDing after sleep? During a WBTB? How long have you been trying? What is your method?

      from my recent thread. You actually dont want to wait for sleep paralysis to happen. You want to fall asleep while keeping awareness on anchor long enough to where you dont consciously fall asleep and experience hypnagogic images
