Red face Is this the start of SP?

I was lying there in the dark completely still and after a while that high piched sound you hear when its quiet started to turn lower to it was like a deep bass.

then i felt a slight pressure on the hole front of my body.

after that i think i noticed my swallow which caused me to be pulled out to just lying there all in all it took about 10 minutes i think, but was this the start of entering SP? if i hadn't been dissrupted by my swallowing, would i've entered SP?

Yes, keep trying and you eventually reach paralysis. Do you follow any guides or particular methods, if not you might be preventing yourself from success due to focusing on your body to much.

well, I did catch myself focusing on my body so i tried focusing on drawing my dreamscape while telling myself every 10 sec that i'm awake.
what do you recommend doing while waiting for SP to set in?

      (yes i follow a guide)

I don't have much advice on entering SP through WILD because I practice the DEILD variation. I basically just wake up stay completely still while trying to remember my previous dream, then once the SP kicks in after about 20-30 seconds I switch to visualizing my dream scene.
