Ok so I promised myself to make a thread about this if I had a lucid last night, and I did so here it goes.

I'm not enthusiastic enough to write a beautiful guide with cool fonts and sh*t but to everyone that is doing everything correctly, dild, mild, deild, wild exercises. I want you to continue everything as usual, however, try going to bed a lot earlier.

The first night, it might be hard to fall asleep but the next night it will be easier and I don't know if it will work for you but it has worked for my everytime. Every night when I've went to bed about 2 maybe 3 hours earlier depending on schoolday or not, I've had lucid events in the nights.

So, Go to bed when you're not tired yet
and also, try mantras whilst trying to fall asleep
