Ok so I tried it this morning guys. The problem was when I alyed back down after 30 minutes to try it I was working on it for about 20 minutes and my want to sleep overpowered my want to WILD. Does this mean that I didnt stay awake for long enuff? or is it because im lazy? Im usually very self motivated but at 5:30 in the morning I just want to sleep!

PS: I was sore from the GYM an could not find a comfortable position
