Sound more like false awakening. Try to question your reality and do RC every time you get out of the bed. So when you dream about getting out of the bed, you RC and it will get you lucid. |

Our sleep goes through many phases as the night progresses... both light and deep sleep many times over. Hypnagogic sounds and images occur at the threshold of sleep... while our brains are in a Theta brainwave state. It is very possible you are in a 'light sleep' phase and experiencing hypnagogic sounds. Is it unusual to wake up in the middle of the night to these sounds? I would have to say yes but only because it has never happened to me. It is probably just a phase and will go away soon enough. |

I've never heard of that happening to anyone before! I agree with gab, it could have been a false awakening rather than hypnagogia. Hass this happened to you before? |
