      Thumbs up I think I'm neaarly there

      Ok so last night after waking from a dream I quickly wrote the two dreams I could recall in my dream journel then wen I started to fall back to sleep and dream again I can remember qestioning weather or not it was a dream bit as soon as I did the dream fadded and I woke up.
      Does anyone no why this is.
      I have started doing ADA with WBTB and MILD wen I go to bed I havnt bin at this that long but since I have found out about ADA it has really helped me to recall my dreams.
      So all day today I have bin doing ADA and quetioning weather I am dreaming or not during the day. Tonght I really going to proper do the WBTB and MILD as its the weekend so I have more time. Am I doing ok any help would be great thanks.

      Try this little trick. Next time you awaken from a dream try to visualize that very dream as you immediately try to fall back to sleep. This is a variation of DEILD ( dream exit ) Good luck to you!
