How about before going to bed you try to remember conversations you had during the day? |

Hmm there is only one thing I can think of that might help: mantras! You can do mantras before bed which can be something like "I will remember conversations vividly" or "I will remember all the dialogues" or whatever you prefer. It might not work on the first day, but keep doing it. Mantras are really magical little things that can help you achieve your goals. |

You can also try to figure out what you were talking about. That usually bring the words back for me. |
