      full body convulsions then a spontanious LUCID

      i had a number of dreams this morning about me thinking i was awake and about to dream atleast in 3 different scenes. from there i was half awake and felt the hardest vibrations imaginable! at first i stopped it. then i closed my eyes and they started right away again. it was SO hard almost painful. in my head i was like AHHHHHHHHHH. my abs were all crunched up too. then they slowly died down and i thought maybe i was in a dream. i felt my hands moving around but they were still. so i got up but sadly i forgot that they come in sets and i had just only felt the first wave


      ahhhh so i was kinda pissed. they didnt come back but i fell asleep anyway and was walking out of my old garage and laid down to sleep on a pickup truck in the drive way. on its open tailgate. i walked away then back to it and suddonly thought "hey maybe im dreaming"...

      i pushed my right finger through my left palm...BUT IT FAILED! (my finger did not penetrate) i said fuck! so then i tried to jump and i landed really slowly down and thought maybe i am dreaming then. before i could do any other RCs i noticed the pickup truck had turned around with the front end near me. so i said im dreaming im dreaming! like 4 times. i jumped in the air and started flying upward. maybe 20 feet up then remembered not to get excited or id wake up. so i started rubbing my hands and saying "increase lucidity" over and over. my hands felt really weird and awesome. but it faded to my bed

      Awesome LD, even though it was kinda short, it still rules that you were able to realize that you were dreaming..I kinda had a similar case in one of my recent LD's...

      The one where i made the people vanish...before i became Lucid i said "I'm going to walk this way.." and i came back to the people i was with and i said "Wait a minute, no im not...IM DREAMING!"

      So yah..maybe my experiment is working well

      If I understood you correctly, you fell asleep in your dream? If so, I'm always frustrated at myself for not realizing that being in an old setting (old garage, old high school, etc) should be an instant dream sign.

      yes a number of times that morning i dreamt about going to sleep to try and get lucid. that particular time of me sleeping on the truck tailgate, i didnt fall asleep or anything. it was weird. i was completely aware and could stil see my surroundings but i was trying to sleep. like i just felt tired and knew that i must lie down. really strange i know. yeah that house is deffinetly one of my dream signs. its starting to get me lucid more often when i see it. you should try lying down for an hour a day and just telling yourself you will notice your dream signs and get lucid.
